EBDC's Business Incubation Units are designed to help people from ethnic minority communities who are desirous of starting a business. We provide flexible let agreements - annual licences. All rooms are furnished to a high standard and come complete with a state of the art digital telephone and communications system. All offices can be linked direct to the internet through our in-house facilities.

Function Room
Two function rooms available for hire to the general public. The canteen area is suitable for small parties while the Conference Suite is more amenable for large meetings etc. ..

Meeting Rooms
A selection of meeting rooms of varying sizes to seat from 15 people to around 50. The meeting rooms are let on an hourly basis.
